Sotomayor: Can She Answer Honestly?

THE ONEs Supreme Court nominee, Judge Sonia Sotomayor, is about to go through her Senate confirmation hearings. Given the opportunity, these are the questions I would like to put to the nominee.

"Judge Sotomayor, if, during Clarence Thomas's confirmation hearings, it was established that he belonged to, represented or supported in any way, the Black Panthers, would he have been confirmed?"
"Judge Sotomayor, if, during Samuel Alito's confirmation hearings, it was established that he belonged to, represented or supported in any way the KKK, would he have been confirmed?"
"Judge Sotomayor, you are associated with the racist group La Raza, (its very name means THE RACE, like it's so special), that does not recognize the borders of this country, and has as one of its objectives, the silent takeover of the southwest United States through sheer numbers of illegal immigrants."
"Judge Sotomayor, if you have any respect for our laws, how can you associate yourself in any way, shape or form, with this racist organization?"
"Judge Sotomayor do you think you should get a pass on your racist views of the merits of being a "latina", and your obvious disdain for the experience of others"?
"Judge Sotomayor, do you, or do you not, aspire to the ideal that no matter what judge someone appears before, the justice received should be the same, under the law?"
"If so, what difference does your being a latina have, and why would that make you better then the non latinas and non latinos, as you have repeatedly stated?"
"If not, could you tell us how a legal system can work when the judges make up the rules according to how they feel that day, or their morning experience, instead of basing decisions on the written law?"
"Judge Sotomayor, the group to which you aspire has reversed you 2/3rds, (66%), of the times, with sometimes scathing decisions. You yourself have said you are an affirmative action baby, who would not be here if not for special considerations putting you ahead of more qualified people, that you did not have the best grades. Wouldn't the prudent thing to do, be to withdraw and allow a more competent, qualified person to fill this position, while you work on the [all men are created equal] thing with which you have so much trouble ?"
Thank you, Judge Sotomayor, better luck next time.
