... should be printed out, signed by you and as many of your neighbors and like-minded friends, and sent to our so-called representatives, before the next election.

Dear Candidate,
Recently, a number of extremely complicated, incredibly large and very important bills have passed the House and the Senate, without having been read by the representatives.
We wish to make this perfectly clear.
If you are an elected official, representing me in Washington, and you sign bills in MY name without reading those bills, then you are fired.
I/we will work to remove anyone who is so arrogant as to sign laws they know nothing about.
I do not sign contracts or any legal papers before I know how much it will cost.
You think you can do this because you aren't paying the bills, so you do not care about the cost.
You are spending our money, and now you are spending our grandchildrens money!
Regardless of party, you will be fired. Your treasonous actions are an insult to working Americans across this country.
We don't mean the 4-people-to-a-job union thug buddies you are so fond of protecting, we mean working Americans, the ones whose health care plans you propose to tax, while not taxing your union thug buddies.
You do not represent us, and we will work to see that you are not elected, or re-elected.
Your arrogance is insulting to us, you have no idea what it is like to live in the real world.
The difference between us is, you don't mind a system where you don't need the intelligence to read, (after all, on a yearly basis you reward your incompetant union thug buddies in the NEA while more and more students fail.), and you don't mind not reading things, (if you even have the ability).
We, on the other hand, can and do read, we will read your name on the list of representatives who didn't read what they voted for, and vote you out.
